Group Demand Planner

We are recruiting on behalf of a UK-based FMCG manufacturing group for a Group Demand Planner to join a growing Supply Chain function. The organisation operates at scale across multiple sites and supplies major retail, foodservice, and branded customers nationwide.

This is a period of significant investment and transformation across planning, systems, and ways of working. The Group Demand Planner will play a critical role in strengthening demand planning capability, supporting cross-functional alignment, and enabling long-term, sustainable growth.

The Role

As Group Demand Planner, you will take ownership of demand forecasting across the business, acting as the central point of coordination for forecast accuracy, assumptions, and alignment. You will work closely with commercial, operational, and supply chain stakeholders to deliver a single, robust demand plan that supports service, efficiency, and commercial performance.
