Group Director - Data, Product and Innovation

Position Overview:

The Group Director, Data & Product at Havas Media Group Canada (HMG CA) is responsible for driving adoption of AI-powered data, products, and media technologies across cross-functional teams, primarily through the Converged.AI ecosystem.

We want the role to shift internal teams toward AI-driven, signal-based decisioning, leveraging platform-native AI and proprietary tools to enhance media insights, strategic planning, activation and measurement capabilities. This role will also support growth initiatives across existing clients and new business

Key Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with the HMG Canada Senior Leadership Team, set the strategic vision for Havas’ Data & Product department .
• Lead the full roll out of Converged.AI in Canada within the Havas Media team
• Define and lead the AI, data, and product vision in partnership with the HMG Canada SLT
