Job Summary: The Group Director of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for overseeing all HR functions across multiple business units or locations within a company. The HR Group Director will develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic objectives. This role will oversee recruitment and retention efforts, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, and HR operations.
