Group Director, Media Operations

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and people-focused Group Director, Mexico City Operations to oversee the Rise Mexico City office. This role is responsible for improving operational excellence, evolving the workforce strategy, promoting office culture and supporting client growth, while serving as the key connection between Mexico-based employees and U.S. leadership.

The ideal candidate will lead delivery across media planning and buying, support U.S.-based media activities, collaborate with Rise leadership on workforce strategies, and bring employees together across both our shared services and agency teams to create a cohesive and engaged workplace. In addition, this ideal candidate will foster collaboration, innovation, and a high-performance workplace.

Location: Mexico City, 3 days in office; applicants must hold Mexican citizenship
