Job Description

Oliver James have partnered with a global insurance business to recruit for a Group Enterprise Risk Manager position.
You will be fully responsible for the maintaining and implementation of the ERM framework including the risk management strategies and policies. 
Additional responsibilities;
Lead the development and monitoring of the risk appetite and thresholds to ensure all is in alignment with the strategic goals and regulatory expectations including any escalation of risk breaches.
Maintenance of the recovery planning framework and updating the groups recovery plan.
Stay up to date with any industry best practices and regulatory developments.
Key Requirements;
Working knowledge of relevant regulations under Solvency II
Previous experience working in risk management within a regulated financial services company
