Group Finance / Financial Manager

A well-established motor industry group is seeking a highly experienced Group Financial Manager to oversee the financial operations of multiple motor vehicle dealerships within the group.

This role is based in Johannesburg and requires regular travel to various dealership locations.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, performance analysis, and strategic financial direction across the group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage the full financial function across multiple dealerships
• Ensure accurate and timeous preparation of monthly management accounts
• Analyse financial results and provide insights to improve profitability and efficiency
• Monitor and control budgets, forecasts, and cash flow across the group
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
