Group finance manager

Consolidate and oversee financial reporting across multiple entities. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and internal governance requirements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow at group level. Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Improve financial controls, processes, and risk management. Lead and develop finance teams across the group. Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulators. Key Requirements 5–10 years’ post-articles experience. At least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role. Strong multi‑entity consolidation experience. Ability to operate at both strategic and operational level.
