Group Finance Manager

We are a regional chemical distribution company serving a wide range of industrial customers across Asia. We are seeking a Group Finance Manager to lead Group-level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role focuses on business partnering, financial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple entities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes at Group level.
• Perform monthly variance analysis (Budget vs Actual), identify key drivers and monitor action plans with BU heads.
• Prepare Group management reporting and performance dashboards for leadership review.
• Monitor operating profit, margin trends, and working capital performance.
• Drive financial modelling and scenario analysis to support business initiatives.
