Group Financial Controller

As Group Financial Controller within Damen Group Control, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across the group.

• Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure correct application of IFRS/GAAP across group entities.
• Design, implement, and maintain internal control frameworks.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Assess complex accounting topics including leases, revenue recognition, impairments, and provisions.
• Harmonise accounting policies, KPIs, and reporting standards across the group.
• Support M&A, restructuring, and special financial projects.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of financial closing processes.
