Job Description
- Provide excellent leadership and management of Corporate
Finance, measured by the effectiveness, engagement and business unit respect of
the team. - Provide strong accounting and reporting throughout the
group, including overseeing, monitoring an effective control environment, and
providing strategic information and advice to the Board of Directors and Senior
Management Team. - Provide financial analysis and advice to the Group Chief Executive
Officer (CEO) of the company at any time it is involved in business
transactions or acquisitions. In some cases, controllers may also provide legal
advice, be responsible for treasury, tax and financial planning. - Build productive working relationships with stakeholders in order
to understand their business operations and the financial information needs of
