Base pay range

Group Financial Controller | London - Hybrid (4 days in the office) | £90 000 - £100 000

This listed, high-growth organisation is looking to hire a Group Financial Controller for its expanding London finance team. The company follows a “buy and improve” model, acquiring and scaling owner‑managed businesses. With revenue growing from £21m in 2021 to around £80m already this year, the group is entering a major new phase of expansion. Supported by solid funding and a strong pipeline of acquisitions, this is an outstanding opportunity to join the business at a pivotal moment.

Experience Required

• Audit trained with strong technical accounting knowledge
• IFRS working knowledge (specifically with IFRS 3, 15 and 16)
• Strong communicator, able to manage upwards and work cross functionally
• Comfortable in a lean, hands on environment
• Collaborative mindset and positive attitude
