The Purpose of the Role

The Financial Controller will oversee and manage the financial operations and accounting practices of the group, which operates in real estate leasing, facility management, hotels and restaurants operated by various operators and lessees. This role is critical in providing financial leadership, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and supporting strategic decisions through comprehensive financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management and Reporting:

o Oversee the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, reports to investors, income tax and VAT management, and reports for government regulatory agencies.
