GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
The mission of Swappie's Group Financial Controller is to lead, develop, and enable a high-performing Group Accounting and Financial Control function, ensuring excellence in statutory accounting, payments, and financial governance across the Group.
You will lead, coach, and support a team of five direct reports, and report to Swappie CFO yourself. Driving a fast, predictable, and high-quality month-end closing process is an essential part of your work, as well as ensuring tax and regulatory compliance via well-designed preventive and detective controls.
