Group Financial Controller (Interim)

Camino Search are working with a PE backed, Services firm who are in a period of transition. They are seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead the finance function through a period of change and modernisation.

The role will require a hands on leader, with a strong balance of commercial and technical acumen to drive change, and execute on the value creation plan post deal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Group’s financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including systems upgrades and process automation
• Partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure robust financial controls and compliance across the group
