Compass Associates are supporting the search for a commercially focused Group Financial Controller to join a growing, multi-site care and support organisation in a senior finance leadership capacity.

This is a high-impact role combining strategic finance, commercial insight and operational support. Working closely with the CFO and senior leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, improving reporting infrastructure and supporting long-term business planning across the organisation.
