 : Our client is an expanding listed investment firm with significant growth and excellent business plans for success in the coming future. They are now seeking for potential incumbent to take charge the financial related function for a portfolio companies in Retail sector (healthcare/baby products) and will work with Investment Team on post-investment analysis and strategic planning.
Oversee the financial function of the portfolio company in retail sector, including but not limited to FP&A, management reporting, structure, policies and guidelines, tax planning, etc.
Develop strategic financial plans and directions as well as analyse the business performance with the angle of effective investment towards the Group’s mission and vision
Formulate strategic financial goals and objectives as well as develop meaningful plans to achieve the expected target for business success
