Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of group consolidated financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to optimize financial performance.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to maintain transparency and compliance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to local & regional tax regulations and manage tax-related matters.
• Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
