Job Description

 
  Our client, is looking for a hands on Group Head Accountant for its property on the South Coast. 
 The successful candidate will be responsible for all the day to day accounting and finance functions of the finance department and its staff of two divisions: Hospitality and Real Estate. You will have the expert ability in all areas of accounting and finance, commercial accountability for budgeting and financial management. Previous experience in Hospitality is a MUST!
 
   Key Responsibilities  
 Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information on all the company business lines.
 With the GM and Directors prepare an Annual Budget
 Provide various weekly reports of operations and department cost control performance
 Summarize current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement
