Job Description
This is not a traditional HR role.
This role exists to build systems, enforce accountability, and enable scale—not to manage administration or act as a service desk.
What You Will Own
- Design and implement the Group People Operating Model (HoldCo–OpCo)
- Build organization structures, role charters, and performance scorecards
- Institutionalize pay-for-competence and pay-for-performance
- Lead SAP-enabled hire-to-retire workflows
- Eliminate founder dependency in people decisions
- Enforce governance, consequence management, and leadership discipline
You will have clear authority, direct CEO access, and Board visibility.
What Success Looks Like
Within 12–18 months:
- All roles are clearly defined, measured, and governed
- Performance discussions are data-driven, not emotional
- Managers own people outcomes
- HR decisions are system-driven and auditable
