THE POSITION The Group Head of Capital Projects will report directly to the Group Chief Transformation Officer and will assume full accountability for establishing and leading a newly formed Programme Management Office across the integrated Capital, Information and Communications Technology, and Operational Readiness workstreams. The role will ensure the accuracy, consistency and integrity of governance reporting structures, implementing robust project controls frameworks to monitor performance, manage risk, and support informed executive decision-making at Board and Group Chief Executive Officer level.
