Position Summary

Stellar Link Partners is currently helping diversified group of companies in a search for a Group Head of IT/ IT Director. The Head of IT is a leadership role responsible for shaping, executing, and governing the Group's technology strategy across all business units. This role requires a hands-on leader who will oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, enterprise systems including ERP, digital transformation initiatives, and technology risk management, ensuring that IT capabilities effectively support the client's long-term growth, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the group's IT strategy
• Oversee the implementation and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Integration of the ERP with CRM, WNS, TMS, etc
• Design and develop Business Intelligence tools
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team
