Group Head of Operations Location Head Office + Multi-Site Support The Group Head of Operations will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, integration, and scalability across the Group. Operating across all business units, the role will dip in and out of each company, identifying opportunities for efficiencies, common processes, and best practice, while highlighting and reporting issues directly to the Group CEO. This is a key strategic position that underpins the Groups ability to scale efficiently, enhance profitability, and deliver the objectives of the Groups Scalability Plan.
