Job Summary:
The Group Head of Service Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing all front-of-house operations across multiple restaurant outlets. This role ensures exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and adherence to brand standards. The Group Head provides strategic direction to service teams, develops and implements standard operating procedures, and monitors performance metrics to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability. They collaborate closely with culinary, marketing, and management teams to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience while driving operational excellence and team development.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in service management or hospitality are a plus.
