Group HR Manager

About the role

As HR and Admin Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions from onboarding to offboarding and administrative task to support the company's operationsal needs. This full-time position is based in Cebu Business Park and will play a crucial role in shaping the growing business strategies of the group of companies from construction, real estate, marine constructions and other shared services related to HR and Admin.

What you'll be doing

1. Implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's strategic goals.
2. Prepare Annual Operating Plan with the capacity planning study to other department's manpower request.
3. Establish a performance-based compensation package to foster organizational efficiency.
