Position Overview
RMI Medical College & Teaching Hospital is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end human resource operations for a large, complex healthcare and academic environment. The role requires strong hands-on experience in managing high employee strength, HR systems, payroll, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations in a structured organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Administrative HR Support
Provide administrative and operational support to ADHR and RMI senior management.
Assist in the development, revision, implementation, and enforcement of RMI Service Rules, HR policies, and regulations.
Provide backup support to ADHR in HR programs, plans, and organizational initiatives.
RMI HR Systems & Web Portal
Supervise and ensure smooth functioning of the RMI-HR Module and RMI-HR Web Portal.
