Position Summary
A locally owned multinational company in the supply chain and logistics industry is seeking an experienced Group Human Resources Manager / HR Business Partner to support its growing regional operations.
This role is responsible for executing the Group's HR strategies and ensuring effective day-to-day HR operations within the assigned country or region. With a strong focus on operational excellence, policy implementation, employee lifecycle management, and compliance, the HR Manager partners closely with business leaders to deliver workforce objectives aligned with management direction. Working in close collaboration with the Global HR Director and regional stakeholders, this role ensures consistent execution of HR policies, governance standards, and people initiatives across the organization.
