Your Contribution
As Group Insurance & Risk Manager (m/f/d), you hold overall responsibility for the strategic orientation, further development, and operational management of the global liability and financial lines insurance program of the MAHLE Group. You actively shape an integrated risk management approach, optimize insurance solutions worldwide, and act as the technical lead for all topics related to industrial liability insurance.
Your main tasks include:
Leading the Group Insurance team for the lines of General and Product Liability including Environmental Liability and Environmental Damage, Motor Vehicle Recall Liability, D&O, Cyber, and Fidelity Insurance

Identifying, assessing, and documenting the global liability risks of the MAHLE Group

Ensuring optimal risk transfer to the insurance market within an integrated risk‑management framework
