Job Description
The Group Key Accounts Manager (GKAM) – Modern Trade leads and grows key modern trade accounts by driving strategic partnerships, strong execution, and profitable sales growth. This role oversees and mentors a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Supervisors (KAS), ensuring delivery of sales, distribution, and financial targets while building long‑term customer value.
The GKAM acts as a strategic partner to customers—leveraging insights, data, and collaboration to deliver win‑win outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic partnerships with key modern trade accounts at Head Office and store levels
- Drive channel sales growth, business planning, forecasting, and performance reviews
- Coach, mentor, and develop KAMs and KAS through structured training and joint fieldwork
