Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key accounts to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in Key Account Management within FMCG or beverages, preferably managing Modern Trade or global customers.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to strengthen client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion within assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
