Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in Key Account Management within FMCG or beverages, preferably managing Modern Trade or global customers.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to strengthen client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion within assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
