The role
Our Water Group in Victoria has developed many long-term relationships in the water market, a strong pipeline of work, and has grown into a team of 100 water professionals. We have a continued focus on growth over the next five years. As a part of the growth plan, we are seeking an experienced leader to head our Dams and Water Resources group in Melbourne.
Reporting to the Water Business Leader – Melbourne, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our people, projects, and future growth across the water sector. You’ll work closely with senior leaders locally and nationally to drive collaboration, support business development, and enhance our market presence. Alongside leading a high‑performing consulting team, you’ll remain actively involved in delivering high‑quality dam engineering and/or water resource modelling and design engineering solutions, for a diverse client base.
