Polaris Marine Group Leaders are generally working group leaders and are expected to ‘lead from the front”. Bennington Group Leaders are expected to have a working knowledge of the processes that their individual groups are expected to perform. Able to proficiently perform each task within their group in a safe manner and be able to train their group members to do the same.
