Salary Range: $23.77 To $29.71 Annually



Position Summary:
Assigns daily tasks, shares team performance and customer expectations, and provides technical and or process direction to a group of team members. Assists Ops Leader in meeting team results as well as team objectives. Supports an environment of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Under limited supervision and following established procedures, responsibilities may include some or all the following:

+ Typically performs hands-on, functional responsibilities of the shift. Fills the role of “backup” of the Operations Leader to assist with priority jobs.

+ Assists in facilitating team problem solving and team meetings, as required.
