Job Function

To supervise the Team Leaders and Material Handlers to ensure that the required process standards and performance are achieved and maintained.

Key performance areas

Operational

• Manage the Team Leaders.
• Ensure that all teams understand and comply with the required processes and standards and performances are achieved and maintained.
• Manage all operational aspects of the specific section (not limited to specific area if operationally required) for the shift including; ensuring that the team leaders have what they need to support the teams to meet their daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Ensure that the standardised work processes in the section are complied with and any issue impacting the processes is resolved.
• Monitor housekeeping/5S standards and management of housekeeping in the section.
