Group Leader Maintenance (Silao)

Responsibilities

• Lead a small to medium maintenance team.
• Manage maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities according to GM maintenance systems.
• Conduct checks and tests, and communicate evaluation results.
• Recommend solutions to problems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Meet schedule and quality requirements.
• Comply with local and national labor agreements.
• Implement divisional and corporate policies, safety, and good housekeeping practices.
• Maintain frequent contact and collaboration with stakeholders outside the work group.
• Use personnel, material, and equipment efficiently.
• Establish a course of action to complete jobs and projects.
• Apply GMS principles and possess medium or basic knowledge of automatization, industrial communications (Ethernet, Device Net), PLC, motion control, VFD, and kinetics.
