Description
As a Group Leader you will oversee children in the YWCA of Central Massachusetts' after school program at the Clark St. School in Worcester, 2:00pm - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include:
+ Implementing and maintaining an environment which includes a balance of social, recreational and structured activities and where children can learn and grow, interact comfortably with adults, and participate in individual and group activities.
+ Supervising children in play and structured activities.
+ Maintaining a safe and clean environment for children, performing light housekeeping duties as needed.
+ Communicating with parents on a daily basis regarding progress of their child, participating in parent activities as appropriate, and working with School Age Site Coordinator in w...
