Fonecta Group is a Nordic provider of digital business information and data-driven services. We are now looking for a Group Legal Counsel and Data Protection Officer to join our group team.
The Group Legal Counsel is the key legal partner driving and delivering group-wide legal and data protection support for business operations in Finland and Sweden. The position is based in Finland or Sweden and reports to Group CEO.
Your responsibilities
Business legal support
Acting as hands-on day-to-day legal support across the Group's business operations
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements together with business owners
Manage the corporate law, data protection law, consumer law, marketing law and other relevant regulation related processes and development
Maintain Group contract databases
Coordinate and manage external legal advisors' network and vendors
