Job Summary:
 Oversee all legal matters for the group, serving as the primary legal advisor to the board, senior management, and business units across all platforms. The incumbent must provide guidance reflecting sound judgment, strategic vision, and legal expertise. This role involves managing significant, complex, or precedent-setting legal issues and training junior team members.Job Responsibilities:
Protect the interest of the company / Attend Meetings (Group Board of Director, Committee, Shareholder) - Control system (all contract/deal must go through Legal Department). Be involved in dealing & negotiation from an early stage. Advice & assist all departments accordingly.
