We are urgently hiring for one of our direct clients in the Philippines.

Job Title: Group Manager - Training (Insurance domain)

Location: Metro Manila

Work Mode: Onsite & Dayshift

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Minimum 5 yrs. experience in the Training function, should have a sound understanding of the training function
• Experience in the P&C Insurance domain, preferably Claims or Sales / Service (plus)
• Experience in training automation/digitalization
• Skills / V&A Training experience will be an added advantage
• Knowledge &/or experience of Six Sigma, Agile methodology & able to demonstrate a digital mindset
• Strong time management skills and proficiency in MS office
