Group Manager-Training

We are urgently hiring for one of our direct clients in the Philippines.
Job Title: Group Manager - Training (Insurance domain)
Location: Metro Manila
Work Mode: Onsite & Dayshift
Required
Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Minimum 5 yrs. experience in the Training function, should have a sound understanding of the training function
Experience in the P&C Insurance domain, preferably Claims or Sales / Service (plus)
Experience in training automation/digitalization
Skills / V&A Training experience will be an added advantage
Knowledge &/or experience of Six Sigma, Agile methodology & able to demonstrate a digital mindset
Strong time management skills and proficiency in MS office
Strong work ethic with a will-to-win attitude, demonstrates personal excellence, lives the growth mindset and adapts to WNS Values
