• Drive a culture of safety, LEAN thinking and continuous improvement.
• Uphold high 5S standards and promote operational excellence in the Tune & Test area.
• Develop, optimize and maintain efficient assembly and testing procedures.
• Plan and coordinate resources to ensure on-time, in-full machine delivery.
• Monitor and contribute to company-wide KPIs, including productivity and quality.
• Manage customer feedback and ensure swift and effective resolution of complaints.
• Support capacity planning and workforce development in collaboration with leadership.
