Group Manager-Tune - Test Cigarette

Your role in our team:

• Lead and inspire a team responsible for testing and tuning complex cigarette making machinery
• Drive a culture of safety, LEAN thinking and practices, and continuous improvement
• Uphold high 5S standards and promoting operational excellence in the Tune & Test area
• Develop, optimize and maintain efficient assembly and testing procedures
• Plan and coordinate resources to ensure on-time, in-full machine delivery
• Monitor and contribute to company-wide KPIs, including productivity and quality
• Manage customer feedback and ensure swift and effective resolution of complaints
• Support capacity planning and workforce development in collaboration with leadership

Your profile:

• Degree/Master in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with excellent results
