Job Purpose
The Group Operations Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of group travel bookings from confirmation through to departure. This position is managing documentation, coordinating itineraries, processing payments, overseeing air and land arrangements, and performing final quality checks. Acting as a central point of communication between internal teams, suppliers, and subagents, the specialist ensures deadlines are met and details are flawlessly executed.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Lead to Quote/Opportunity: Build the quote in internal system, including pricing based on the Group Specialist Quote & ensuring the original quote is saved correctly in internal systems.
