Job Responsibilities:

• Determine the directors of the Group’s overall strategies and business development, leading the expansion and improvement of company facilities and global operations.
• Oversee all operational areas through the direct supervision of Vice-Presidents, Directors, and other senior managers.
• Ensure company operations comply with all applicable international laws and regulations. Develop, approve, and implement corporate policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the executive team to drive financial performance and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory regime, technology innovation, new commercial products in order to access market environment and market potential for partnership and investment opportunities.
