Group Product Manager

Handling one of our market leader brands for adult and incontinence care, the Group Product Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop brand strategies and translate them into key executional objectives in the development of, but not limited to: Above-the-Line Advertising, Below-the-Line activations and Digital Programs.
• Mine consumer insights and leverage on them to ensure compelling executions across medium (ATL, BTL and Digital) to drive meaningful, different, and salient scores of the brand and drive growth.
• Effectively lead agencies and cross-functional teams in the planning & implementation of brand plans.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance and recommend key focus areas or action plans to deliver desired results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 7 years work experience in the FMCG or CPG Industries
• Must have handled a flagship or market leader brand in a principal company
