Group Production Geologist – Rest of World

The Regional (Group) Production Geologist is the functional authority for production geology across the region, responsible for setting and maintaining standards that ensure effective integration between geology, mining, and processing. This role drives consistency, quality, and performance in production geology practices, including grade control, reconciliation, and ore management. Operating as a discipline leader without direct line authority, the position provides technical leadership to site-based teams to optimise orebody value, improve predictability, and support operational performance.
