GROUP PROJECTS CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN W/M

Your role :

The role is to contribute to the roll out of the new customer service model by providing support on strategic projects to enhance customer experience and internal process : needs and implementation of IT solutions. Reports to the group customer service manager.

• Data & KPIs analysis : provide accurate customer data and indicators extractions (usage of IT tools and Excel)
• Participate to the digital tools evolution and incidents management
• International business units interactions : be in contact with the countries regarding to the group customer service projects
• New omnichannel platform & Self-service : improve the usage by customer service teams and customers
• Support to project management tasks including users guides elaboration
