Group R&D Chef
to shape the culinary direction of our group. This role is at the heart of innovation: you will lead the creation of new dishes, refine menus, and ensure uncompromising quality across multiple concepts, collaborating closely with Head Chefs to elevate every brand.
What You'll Do Lead culinary research and development across multiple brands, driving innovation while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. Translate briefs and vision into measurable standards for taste, presentation, and execution across all outlets.
