Job Description

Identify and lead the development and implementation of Prepress workflow process improvements and automation.

Responsible for devising a tracking system of daily work orders in correlation with the production schedule and on-time delivery to the customers.

Maintain consistent communications of project details and scheduled job status with other managers and customer service.

Communicate with customers regarding any problems, questions, or concerns if required.

Record problems, such as downtime, and the actions taken.

Monitor and ensure that the artwork for printing is prepared as per the customer's needs.

To assist customers with all aspects of their printing requirements.

Oversee the maintenance of machines in the repro department.

Update the software required in the repro department with approval from the management.
