Group Sales Coordinator
CRM Management & Data Integrity
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system across the group.

Ensure strict adherence to CRM policies, best practices, and data security standards by all business developers and sales teams.

Monitor data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, ensuring that all leads, opportunities, and client information are correctly recorded and updated.

Provide ongoing CRM training and support to sales personnel to maximize system utilization and enhance productivity.

Develop and maintain CRM reports and dashboards, offering data-driven insights to support decision-making.
