The Group Sales Supervisor is responsible for expanding and managing group/industrial accounts within the assigned territory. This role owns and is fully accountable for achieving territory sales volume targets across all SKUs through business development, technical support, customer engagement, and strong account management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Territory Management

• Own and achieve territory sales volume targets for all SKUs.
• Develop new accounts while maintaining and growing existing customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements in the assigned area.
• Strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Ensure proper SKU distribution based on dealer warehouse inventory to optimize ordering.
